Through its technology platform, PT FLIN Consultancy Indonesia (FLIN) provides consulting services focused on debt restructuring, consolidation, and settlement for borrowers (users) struggling to repay their debts.
FLIN helps users regain financial stability by guiding them in managing their debts more effectively. Our consultancy services assist users in restructuring and repaying their outstanding and overdue debts with creditors, banks, or other financial institutions.
FLIN is not a financial institution. We do not conduct public fundraising activities, do not provide investment offerings of any kind, and do not engage in direct online lending services.
FLIN is not an online lending institution or pinjol. All loan refinancing options are facilitated exclusively through our partner banks, multi-finance institutions, or information technology-based money lending services (P2P lenders).
Our lending partners are supervised and regulated by OJK, including PT Digital Micro Indonesia (Danabijak), a licensed information technology-based money lending service provider. This entity was granted a business license by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under Decree No. KEP-92/D.05/2021 dated September 8, 2021. As a result, its operations are strictly regulated and monitored by OJK in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services.
FLIN reiterates that it does not provide direct loans in Indonesia. Instead, we solely facilitate loan refinancing through partnerships with licensed banks, multi-finance institutions, and P2P lenders. Our service is designed to help individuals and businesses restructure their debt obligations when they are unable to meet the repayment terms of their existing or overdue loans.
PT FLIN Consultancy Indonesia charges a one-time 5% Success Fee upfront only after securing in-principle approval (IPA). This fee is fully refundable if our OJK-approved lending partners or platform do not disburse the bailout loan.
Our lending partner will directly charge an interest for all bailout funds, with a tenure ranging from 12 to 36 months. The interest follows a reducing rate of 3–4% per month, equivalent to an APR of approximately 21–31%. ).
Our lending partners’ bailout funding limits range from Rp20.000.000 to Rp300.000.000, subject to their eligibility and approval.
Installment simulation for our lending partners at 3.5% per month interest on reducing balance basis.

Bailout funding of Rp25 million will have monthly installments of Rp1.6 million (24 months) or Rp1.3 million (36 months)

Bailout funding of Rp100 million – Monthly installments of Rp6.2 million (24 months) or Rp4.9 million (36 months)
