Which employees are eligible to apply for this program?
1. Indonesian citizen with a valid ID (KTP).
2. Resides in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, or Bali.
3. Salaried employee working in a private company with minimum 50 employees, government institution, or state-owned enterprise (BUMN).
4. Permanent employees with minimum 3 years of total work experience and at least 1 year in the current role.
5. Contractual employees with at least 2 years of contract and the contract renewed in last 1 year.
6. Current net take-home salary of more than Rp5,000,000.
7. Outstanding unsecured loan balance exceeding Rp20,000,000.
8. Minimum education level: high school graduate or diploma (D3/D4).
Are there any additional fees in the Bailout Fund Program?
FLIN’s Bailout Fund Program is designed to ensure that even after our service fees, you still achieve significant debt savings. The associated fees include:
– Interest Rate: 3-4% per month (on the principal loan amount), charged by our Lending Partners.
– Success Fee (Upfront Payment): Up to 10% of the total savings you gain.

– The FLIN team will contact you for a free consultation session.
– Complete the Bailout Program application form and provide the required supporting documents.
– FLIN’s credit analysts will conduct an interview and issue an approval letter (IPA) for your confirmation if all requirements are met.
– FLIN will mediate and negotiate your debt with all relevant parties.
– Make the success fee payment before the loan assistance funds are disbursed to the creditors.
– Repay the loan assistance in monthly installments as agreed.
